Car Radiator Coolant Filling Funnel Kit

Fangyid Instructions:

1. Place the gasket in a downward position and install the correct size adapter to ensure a tight fit that doesn't leak.

2. ENSURE YOUR CAR IS OFF AND DO NOT START THE CAR YET! Fill the coolant funnel about 1/3 up while the system is COLD, so when the system burps, the fluid falls into the system rather than more air.

3. Go to your car and set the climate control settings (or heat setting) to hot, but make sure the fan/heater is "OFF".

4. Now START your car and let it idle for a while until it's hot enough to open the thermostat and turn on the fans. After the thermostat opens up to cool your engine, you'll see the coolant level drop, and a few to a small amount of air coming up, indicating the trapped air is escaping your cooling system.

5. After the standard hour of running, if you still see air bubbles coming out, check your overflow tank to ensure it has coolant in it.

6. When running the engine, the fluid level should be at the low position. Keep the RPM on idle position. (Shut down the engine if you notice the fluid level rise excessively. Wait for the fluid level to go lower before restarting the engine.)

7. Once the bubbling has stopped, use the Fluid Stopper to contain the remaining fluid inside the funnel.

8. Finish.
